Instead of gaining the Christmas weight why not try to be different and have a hardcore Christmas of eating well and working out! so when Bikini season comes around you don’t have to worry!

 

I’m not saying don’t enjoy a Christmas pudding every now and then, or one of those little pies, or the tin of chocolates, or the candy canes, or even the biscuits!

But why not go for a long walk after, or go to the gym! Trust me you will feel a whole lot better about yourself when New Years comes round and you don’t have to make the resolution to lose your holiday weight! 🙂
